Zack and Kathy were amazing to work with. As first-time home buyers, we are so grateful to them for making our purchase smooth and successful! Zack as our main point of contact was patient, communicative, encouraging, personable, thoughtful, realistic, and positive. We first met Zack and Kathy about a year ago when we began our search. In the initial stages, our main priority was to determine our must-haves and deal breakers for our future home, which took several months to figure out. Zack was very patient in holding our hands through this process, and more importantly, he was instrumental in listening to our feedback to help us hone in on the type of place that would meet all our criteria. We have always felt very at ease working with him; we never felt like we were under any pressure, and we worked according to our own timeline. After we had visited several neighborhoods and had a general sense of our priorities, we cooled off our search for a while. From time to time, Zack would continue to check back in with us, always happy to help in any way possible. Anytime he found a property that he thought checked our boxes, he would send it along. After we toured a few places together, he eventually found a perfect spot that he discovered through his network. We visited, immediately fell in love with the home, and knew that we wanted to make it happen if possible. At that point, Kathy jumped in to add her expertise to the mix and assist with the offer/close process. We relied extensively on her experience to strategize on the offer. We landed at a price that we felt was appropriate (our only offer that we submitted in this whole process), and we were delighted that it was accepted. From there, we navigated through lots of tasks and to-dos (contingencies, inspection, appraisal, a serious stack of documentation). Through all of these steps, Zack and Kathy were exceptional at communicating with us and letting us know what to expect. Zack accompanied us to the signing which put us at ease and felt like a celebration. Every step of the way, we felt we were in great hands, that everything was under control, and grateful that we had a team we could trust. We could not have asked for better partners!

My wife and I recently sold our condo, and thanks to Kathy and Zack the process couldn't have gone more smoothly! We felt supported every step along the way, from getting our home ready to show to staging to setting a price point.
